Archeological Sites |
Southwestern Saskatchewan was once home to many plains-dwelling First Nations Peoples. Vision quest circles, medicine wheels and stone effigies tell of the important role this area played in their culture. In order to respect both the sites and the current landowners, tours to some of these sacred areas are possible only through prior arrangement with local tour guides. Please contact Kerry Wrishko if you are interested in visiting some of these fascinating glimpses into prehistory. |
